According to the lawsuit, the victim (Nitish Rana’s wife) and her driver were going home in a car on May 4 at around 8.30 pm. While going from Chhatarpur to Model Town at a high speed, two bike riders reached the intersection while waiting for the green signal. At the same Kirti Nagar intersection, the bike stopped in front of the victim’s vehicle and the rider, looking at the woman, hit the vehicle with his hand. An FIR was registered in this matter on the 6th.
Name of both the accused
When the police searched the CCTV footage of that intersection in Kirti Nagar, the accused were identified as Chaitanya Shivam and Vivek. Both are 18 years old. One accused lives in Pandav Nagar and the other in Patel Nagar. Many pictures and videos of both the accused are going viral on social media.
