Two defeats in the opening 2 matches of the inaugural WPL tournament haven’t dented the spirits of the Royal Challengers Bangalore women’s team.
As is customary in Holi, Smriti Mandhan and co were seen in a friendly mood as she and her co-stars celebrated the festival of colors with much gusto.
RCB women’s team captain Smriti Mandhana was also in the festive mood along with Richa Ghosh and Heather Knight.
Though RCB are placed at the last spot on the WPL points table, it was all in a jubilant mood in the Bengaluru camp.
In their opening game, RCB were hit by Shafali Verma’s storm as they lost by 60 runs.
In the second game yesterday, Harmanpreet Kaur and Mumbai Indians pulled off a massive 9-wicket win to go on top of the points table.
