With the rains, the mango menus are almost ready, and with them come new menus for the monsoon season. There are many different types of dishes that restaurants try during this time.

These include not only some delicious traditional dishes from Maharashtrian cuisine, but also chicken wings, which are popular with many, as July 1 is International Chicken Wings Day. With the growing interest in craft beers, there are also new beers on tap for all beer lovers to enjoy.

Taste of Maharashtra
If you love Maharashtrian food, head to Grand Hyatt Mumbai and let Suvarna Bagul, contestant on the recently concluded seventh season of MasterChef India, tempt you with her culinary skills. Guests can enjoy roasted sweet potatoes with ambi dal, mass wadi with mango coconut curry, and stuffed tiger prawns, among other dishes, and a delicious kharwas for dessert.

Chicken Wings and Beer
If you love chicken wings, you are in for a treat as Brewdog is hosting a Chicken Wings and Beer Festival in July to celebrate Chicken Wings Week while also celebrating International Chicken Wings Day on July 1. Guests can enjoy 90 minutes of unlimited chicken wings, which they can pair with delicious sauces and wash down with beer. Indulge in the traditional spicy and smoky BBQ chicken wings or variations like the Makhani Chicken Wings or try the Schezwan Chicken Wings or the Tandoor Spiced Chicken Wings if you like something spicy.

Tastes of beer
Just ahead of the International Beer Day in August, Independence Brewing Company has launched new beers for all beer lovers in Mumbai. Lovers can indulge in a newly brewed Tropical Lager called “Trickster” and the “Buzzin’ Bee,” a Belgian Honey Blonde Ale. While the former features tropical aromas with citrus flavours and caramel sweetness, the other tastes like organic honey. Diners can enjoy the tropical ale with breaded brie, a fiery hot fried chicken or the classic fried chicken, or the ale with fusilli pesto, spaghetti aglio olio and Thai chicken krapaw or the three-meat pizza. Finish your meal with either Mango Panna Cotta, Baklava Cheesecake or Belgian Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse.
